Farm “Stokes”

Farm "Stoķi" in Bērze Parish offers naturally sauerkraut, which contains only cabbage, salt, cumin and freshly grated carrots (as needed). The owner Māris Razdovskis says: "This recipe has been tested for years and is popular with many Dobele residents and pre-school educational institutions".

The farm is currently offering fresh cabbage and smaller carrots and beets.

In the summer season, other vegetables are also grown - potatoes, carrots, beets, cabbage, onions and rhubarb.
