Beekeeper ĀDOLFS JONKUS

The honey of beekeeper Ādolfs Jonkus entered the top ten of "Latvia's most delicious honey" in 2012. Adolf's honey is popular both in his place of residence in Penkule parish and in the whole Dobele region. The owner offers a variety of flowers, linden, raspberry, forest and meadow, as well as unusually delicious heather honey. Propolis honey is airily beaten - it melts in your mouth! The owners themselves eat 20 l of honey a year.

Honey, bee bread and wax candles can be purchased on the farm by calling in advance. Honey is filled in 0.3 l, 0.5 l, 1 l, 3 l, 10 l and 20 l packages. Guests are welcome to visit the apiary. If you visit Adolf, don't forget to taste the precious pollen in honey - a real elixir of strength for a full-blooded life!
